I am currently the membership services & events coordinator for a small trade association in Albany, NY. I have been involved in the meetings & events industry for 10 years.  As an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), I currently serve as the president the for the Northeastern New York Chapter (@mpineny) and was previously the vice president of communications and marketing.  My background also includes a degree in Criminal Justice, experience as an Ophthalmologist Assistant,  and for a short time working for a Hypnotist!

Most recently I have become a contributing blogger for Engage365 and I have contributed to SmartBlog Insights. I enjoy reading in my spare time and the occasional kickboxing class!
